Newly decorated and nicely presented venue, perfect location near the museums as well as Hammersmith Bridge for a coffee break at the Blue Anchor, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Brand-new and a decent size room on higher floors, spent our time lovely.

The room was nicely furnished, with an adapted bathroom. Our location was fantastic and stunning, near a bus stop. You could walk to a shopping centre and different stores.

Location by the river was handy for getting to Central London. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms by the river had a great view.
Our room was very dark with a small window and no natural light. Customer service was really poor, especially when we asked to change rooms.

The staff at Premier Inn was very accommodating when our room wasn't ready for four people upon arrival. They quickly resolved the issue. The room we stayed in was spacious, providing enough room for our family of four. The hotel's proximity to public transportation and shopping/restaurants in the area was convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
